LOW DENSITY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS

The design vision of this project is to create infill houses that are affordable. The proposed development provide diversity in the  built fabric by offering 3-unit townhouse  building within the existing context.  
 

The proposed model will be giving community 
a) multi modal choices;
b) quality space of public life
